Unparalleled Service and Pure Luxury – An Unforgettable Stay! While the incredible location on 5th Avenue speaks for itself it is the incredible, passionate Inn on Fifth team that makes this property unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a spectacular experience. The front desk team extended the warmest welcome upon arrival, making check-in seamless, efficient, and deeply hospitable. We instantly felt like honored guests. Even finding a warm hand written welcome card in our room from the hotel's general manager, Maria Hamilton, such a thoughtful touch. The exceptional service continued across every single department. We thoroughly enjoyed our welcome drink by the pool. Staff was wonderfully attentive and proactive, always anticipating our needs for fresh towels and refreshments. Poolside breakfast was another highlight; the wait staff delivered flawless, pacing-perfect service with genuine warmth, even remembering our personal preferences. For relaxation, the spa team created an oasis of absolute tranquility. The therapists were highly skilled and intuitive, making the experience pure bliss. Finally, a huge thank you to the housekeeping team, who kept

This property states they are a smoke free business. However they allow their night bellman / concierge to smoke right out the front door. I have written several times to the General Manager Maria Hamilton who I also personally stopped by to speak to her. She advised it would be addressed and the smoking issue would stop. I don’t know how you call yourself non smoking and smoke free going further to say you will charge the guest $300.00 if they smoke on premise. Once again PLEASE have this employee STOP smoking where we have to breathe in the polluted air your employee is distributing Please ask the employee to smoke out back away from fellow guests and pedestrians. I have also witnessed him talking to a guest while having a lite cigarette in his hand. At which time I asked him if he worked there he replied yes. I can not believe you allow this kind of behavior. Please address. Thank you. !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Inn on Fifth, and it is absolutely deserving of its highest ratings. The hotel itself is stunning, and the level of cleanliness is exceptional—every area is meticulously maintained. What truly distinguishes this property, however, is the staff. Every team member—from concierge and front desk to pool servers, housekeeping, and business services—consistently demonstrated genuine warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding service. The food served during our business meetings was excellent—high quality, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. The spa experience was equally impressive, and the fitness center is one of the best I’ve encountered at any hotel: well-equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with amenities such as infused water, fresh fruit, and warm towels. The second-floor pool and hot tub area is both beautiful and incredibly relaxing—an ideal place to unwind. The beach service was seamless and exceeded expectations, with convenient transportation provided by the hotel along with chairs, towels, and umbrellas. A quick call ensured prompt pickup back to the property within minutes. The location is an
